Good chefs are always busy testing their meals during cooking. In the process, to prevent using the same spoon twice, a clean spoon or plate is needed for every new tasting. With the new Sarah Wiener tasting spoon, the front bowl of the spoon can be used for stirring and lifting the soup, gravy or whatever is being cooked. By means of a small upward tilt, the liquid runs into the bowl situated further to the back, thus allowing the chef to test the meal a second time, from the side of the spoon.
