It is easy to wipe clean, hygienic and durable with a base size measuring 33cm x 28 cm (13" x 11"). Patent floating wire slips smoothly through all types of cheese, with minimal crumbling and waste. Replacement wires fitted in seconds. Wire is 2 feet in length (60cm) After each cut, the wire returns automatically to the cutting position. When not in use, the handle is housed in retaining slots where the wire is kept semi-taut and free from kinks.
