Broke after a few months of use From the get go we were lukewarm on this shower head. We liked the water pressure, but the hand piece didn t always stay in the holder and at times would come down, often hitting the user in the head.A little over a week ago it started leaking water around the top where it was connected to the pipe. A slight annoyance, but we dealt with it.Then today, it came crashing down in the middle of use, which is totally unacceptable. It s only been installed for a little over a month. It appears it broke apart from the piece that screws into the pipe. It is made completely of plastic and doesn t appear to be durable. We were not rough with it and never jerked on it, etc. Now we re beyond the return window and have wasted our money. 1Ladies and Gentleman We Have A Winner! This is my 3rd showers ( I'm persistent for sure) head with handheld attachment purchased in the last 3 months...all were either leaked or had poor power pressure. Finally found a winner! Now be warned this item is plastic and my plumber warned me to be careful but as you can see from my video its been working perfectly for the past few weeks. It has a rain shower head with the handheld sprayer. You can move the larger rain water type shower head to the right or left and you can turn either off or on.Even my plumber was impressed with the water pressure on this unit. If anything changes I will update this review in 6 months. It's working as described so 5 stars is my rating...woooooo 5Good product, works well, but out of the box looks 'cheaper' quality. No worries however. Out of the box it looks not exactly like 'top quality' but once installed it works very well. Note: if you use both the wand and the big water head, you have to practice a bit, because you must adjust the water flow using the knob on the top of the big head, first. Then you adjust the wand head. If you 'shut off' the wand head, you get quite a great 'heavy rain like' flow from the big head. The big head has flow adjustments and angle adjustments too. I quite enjoy it. Very Satisfied with the purchase! I couldn't get the original shower head off, so the apt maintenance guy did it for me. Be sure to use the teflon tape. Also if you haven't replaced a shower head note that there more than one 'how to videos' on youtube. Very helpful. 5a must have for everybody, this is how all showers should be, great product by a great company i received just yesterday, i installed the item myself and it only took about 15 minutes. the only tools i used was an adjustable wrench, then i couldnt wait to try it and check for leaks. it works great no leaks and all functions working perfectly, before installing just be sure to wrap all threads with plumbers tape. this product comes with a small roll of plumbers tape and it was more than enough to do the job. if you have indoor pets and you want to bathe them yourself then this item is a must, it could save you over a hundred dollars or more in just the first year alone and you will love it too. great product, quick easy to install, do not over tighten just snug it down good then turn it on and check for leaks. if it leaks just snug it down a little more. if you mess up the plumbers tape dont worry any hardware store has some and it only costs a few dollars a roll. im 56 and a disabled combat veteran if i can do it anybody can. well made, should outlast me and then some. 5Made in the USA! I believe I took a 35-40 minute shower that night without running out of hot water! That was a great improvement. The rain head is very nice and the adjustable smaller head has a nice variety of water pressures from massage to a light pulse.One of the best purchases I ve made on amazon by far. Highly recommended! 5The hand shower is so cool to use This product really works perfectly on my shower room, I can feel the high pressure of the water coming out from the shower head. The hand shower is so cool to use. I used it also to my dog when its time for him to go for shower. 5Well Built Shower Head But.... This appears to be a pretty good quality shower head. It streams the water pretty well and the look and design are both attractive and fits well with my modern looking shower. There are a couple of things I don't like about it...PROS:- Nice Elegant Design and Feel- Great stainless steel hose, lightweight, flexible and doesn't kink- Main shower head is largeCONS:- The dial to switch between heads is in an awkward position. I'm 5'8'' and the water line the head is attached to is about 6', so the dial is at that height too. So for shorter people, this is a problem.- With both shower heads running, the water is a bit weak. **However, this is probably more to do with how much water pressure is available.In the end, I would probably buy this again to replace my other shower head.... which is going out soon too. 4Great quality for the cost, works like a charm. Pretty darn good bang for your buck. The most stand-out quality is the fact that the hose is shockingly well designed. A lot of these plastic shower heads have obnoxiously stuff hoses, but this one hangs limp and moves with a great fluidity.Overall, the shower head is really relaxing. It's certainly not going to match your high-quality heads, but if you're looking to add to your shower experience and don't want to fork out a ton of money, this really will do the trick. The large rain-head gives a nice, even flow and the spray head does the trick. Your water pressure will impact how well this thing works, but the two adjustment knobs allow for a certain range of customization. I, for example, enjoy having the rain head going at about 80% so it's a gentle flow (100% results in some good hair-rinsing intensity), and the showerhead around the same flow. It results in a nice heavy amount of water falling gently on you. Very relaxing. Turn up the pressure and you're set to rinse out conditioner from long, thick hair.Something to consider: this shower head may not works so well for tall people. I'm 5' and quite enjoy standing well under both shower heads. While the spray head is positioned much higher than the rain head (and higher than it typically would be in most single-head systems), the rain head itself sets a lot lower than you may be used to.The installation is really fast and easy, and they do provide you with the pipe tape needed for a good seal on the rivets. 4Loved it so much we bought two! I bought this as a Deal of the Day around the holidays for our master bath. I can honestly say this is the best shower experience we have ever had. So good, in fact, that we bought a second one for the guest bath.We like a strong water flow, so we popped out the water regulator. The water streams powerfully from both heads simultaneously, which feels fantastic.We also like that coil for the handheld shower head is very long, which works out perfectly for bathing our dog.Very happy with this purchase! 5Good quality. My original arm fitted fine, but my original arm was bit short because I had decided to hang a new wire shelf for soap & Shampoo from it and the shelf interfered with the flexible hose somewhat. But please note there was nothing wrong with the shower head I just hadn't thought out this well beforehand. I have good water pressure and the shower heads both have a very strong flow. 5
